The Morgan County Fair is this weekends big event with music a Petting Zoo and fireworks on Saturday evening. The “Man of Steel” is at the Star Movie Theatre all weekend with one showing at 8pm. On Saturday at 5:30 in Berkeley Springs State Park is a free concert with musicians from the nationally-syndicated Mountain Stage radio show featuring vocalist/songwriter Julie Adams and guitar and bass player Steve Hill. The Fairfax Coffee House has the young/bluegrass sounds of Banana Express Saturday evening at 8pm.On your way out of town on Sunday don’t miss the Farmers Market in the center of town from 10am to 2pm.

Friday night come see the stars at the Morgan County Observatory the Star Party begins at 9pm and lasts until 11pm.The Star Movie Theatre has the comedy “The Internship” one showing at 8pm all weekend.The Frog Valley Artisans host a raku pottery workshop from 2-4pm on Saturday.The Morgan Arts Council and Berkeley Springs State Park is the place to hear America’s foremost blues harmonica virtuoso Phil Wiggins, performing with his Chesapeake Sheiks, showtime is 5:30 on Saturday in the park.On Saturday evening at 8pm the music continues at the Fairfax Coffee House with the Celtic and Appalachian music of Safe Harbour.On your way home on Sunday don’t forget the Farmers Market open from 10am to 2pm for all your local produce and meats and many other offerings.It is also Art in the Park on Sunday from 10-4pm.
