It’s time for one of our favorite events, Uniquely West Virginia.
On Saturday, April 21, visit the Ice House, sample wonderful West Virginia foods and wines, and purchase your favorites to take home.
Our dinner is Saturday, April 21 at 7pm and features WV smoked trout and Fisher Ridge wines. The winemaker, Dr. Wilson Ward will be with us to select and discuss the wines. A menu is below.

Minted Pea Salad with Herb Buttermilk Dressing

** Fresh filet of Salmon Cakes with Piquant Sauce
