After 37 years Highlawn Inn has closed permanently as of July 4th.
After Innkeeper Sandy Kauffman’s passing in 2020, 2 plus years of Covid, and ongoing health issues, we reached the difficult decision to close.
We want to thank all the wonderful guests who have stayed with us over the years. We appreciate that you chose to spend time your time In Berkeley Springs at our inn. We have valued your support and friendship over the years, and hope you will continue to have fond memories of breakfasts, dinners, holiday celebrations and front porch time spent with the long line of inn kitties.
